2 sq km site on the pinnacle where the aquaba gulf and the red sea meet. The development included several 5 star resorts, a bedouin spa village, water theme parks and family hotels. Its unique location necessitated an ecologically sensitive planning and proactive cultural awareness in the urban and architectural approach.
